Download of Game Client failures No Support

Hi I'm Tony, 

 

Avid DCS player for Original IL2 player.   I purchased Two programs yesterday, Stalingrad and Normandy.    I pay for (Fiber) 1.2 gb download speeds.  I have tried to download the software I purchased to no avail.  I either get 11.4 kb download speeds or it will download 20 gb of the 44.24 gb of the software and it just stops (4 X already)   it been 24 hrs since purchase and I still am unable to download the full software.   Are there other areas where I can download the software?   I opened tickets but never heard anything back.  I am NOT using steam.   Or can someone please provide me instructions to receive a full refund for software I am unable to download.

Friend recently had the same issue, he tried to download the game few times during last week.

Yesterday it worked but with really low speeds compared with other services.

is is now the 5 X times where the download gets to 20.61 gb out of 44.24  and is now frozen!!!!    Again

 

At this point I just want my money back.   Not worth all this trouble.

I had the same situation in the evening (Europe). Just waited a few hours, and then did a fresh install instead of a 5.001 update ...speeds wer then around 8 MB/s.

I have downloaded, Installed 

 

It fails every time to download and I then Uninstall 

 

And then start all over again.. Doesnt get any cleaner then that.    Still Nothing

@JimTM    What you are asking me to look at is not the issue I am having.   I am unable to even download the software. (Firewall is turned off, so I do not need to worry about ports)      Thank you very much for your help thought.  Much appreciated.

You could try doing a Google search on this forum and see if there are more suggestions:

It is a small team and they just released an update. There is often a bit of follow up and/or bug squashing that follows. You are not being ignored.
