Are we still limited to 32 Buttons on Clod?

About to start the task of assigning stuff to CloD.

 

In the past I had macros and all sorts of crazy stuff set up via TARGET but these are long gone after PC rebuilds various. I was hoping to aviod TARGET this time (save for stock profile to allow the switches to register both sates) and J2K really.

 

I cant remember if I used target for the macros or because I had to. 

 

With a Warthog Throttle (running a taget script so that the switches resider all positions) and a Vipril T50 CM2 will I be able to just click buttons or will I have to use conversions of buttons to Keys?
