1CGS LukeFF Posted May 30, 2022 1CGS Posted May 30, 2022 Recently, I came into possession of a whole bunch of family photos from my dad's side of the family, and I came across this one below. Unfortunately, there is no caption on the back, other than that it was obviously taken somewhere in France. Is this WWI vintage, and more importantly, what type of truck is it?

So, it looks like it would be a postwar photo, then. At any rate, it gives me a better timeline to try to determine who it is in the photo.

So, it's almost certain that the photo was taken in late 1918 or sometime in 1919. Does anyone know if it was common practice at the time to have photos made into postcards? I'm still trying to track down exactly who it might be in my family that's in the photo. Edited May 31, 2022 by LukeFF
