Hello,

I know it's a common issue and yes, I asked technical assistance before asking here, searched, watched videos and so on, but nothing seems to works.

I contacted the 1c Support, but until now it is always the same.

Here what happens

Yes i did delete the cache files

Yes I did uninstal and reinstall the game

Yes I deleted all the folders

Yes I uninstalled CLOD (they told me there is a conflict with Blitz)

No I still didn't use any HOTAS yet

No the game not launched even once

No folders have been created since in my documents

Yes I checked twice the c++ redistributable x86 and x64

Yes I deactivated the antivirus

Yes It launches as administrator

Yes IL-2 Sturmovik launches and works perfectly every time even in VR

and so on (otherwise the list is too long).

See also the attached file please

First thing you need to do is uncheck all the boxes you show in Steam.

Enabling the Steam Overlay is not good, don't enable Steam Cloud... do not enable VR... it doesn't exist yet, still only in a closed Beta.

This is all mentioned in the 'Getting Started and Troubleshooting Guide'... we highly recommend you read it.

For a list of common launcher crash causes, please see this thread in these same forums.

The most common cause of a failure to launch is the player's Anti-Virus blocking the launch.

When installing the game, we recommend you turn off your AV, then install, then turn AV back on.

Also you should add an Exception in the AV's list of exceptions for the entire CLIFFS OF DOVER install folder.... not just the launch .exe.

I've read that thread before posting (as said), nothing changes, it still not launches, same issue.

Exception on AV is already done, like unchecked all the boxes on steam, the only thing to do is try to install the game with AV deactivated.

I'm doing it right now and..., no, same issue, even with the AV totally deactivated.

I don't run any VR, I don't even connected any HOTAS, Rudder or even Controller.

The only softwares running are:

1. Logitech wireless keyboard k360

2. Logitech Profiler (F710 Controller, HOTAS x52 and Rudder Pedals)

3. Logitech Gaming Software (Mouse & Keyboard)

I deactivated the 2nd and 3rd (I can't deactivate the 1st otherwise I will be not able to use the mouse or keyboard, they belong to Logitech too), I even stopped the one hand gaming Keyboard, still same issue.

As said, I have no idea what to do any more

Try turning off the Logitech software and see what happens.

You can program everything through the game.

Are you using Steam Cloud?  You should not be using it.

Can you enable game logfile and provide the crash?

At this point, looking at your crash log.. I see a 32 bit program, (which is typical of problems) is causing the issue.

So you have to be running a 32 bit program somewhere which is the issue.

Another question:

Did you install the latest version of Microsoft Net Framework?

Finally:

See this thread and post your entire list:

Do you have Windows Defender AV and another 3rd Party AV?

If you have both... then you need to add exceptions for both.
