Search bar in control settings

It would be EXTREMELY useful for a search bar in the controls tab

 

Especially when you know what you have to change, rather than scrolling and looking for it just type in a few letters while the search narrows down the choices to help you find what you're looking for

 

Like for example, you type in light and it shows all all control objects with the word light in them (navigation lights, landing lights, cockpit light, etc etc)

Please! That would be really helpful.

Also. Like in DCS: If you press a button on your controller, jump to that specific command on the controls list. Helps checking what you have mapped and not...

Right so I heard that the custom key mapping is coming out soon. Be nice to have a search bar

Big bump on @F19_Haddock above.  I have a full HOTAS, and some of the controls overlap, ie. some of the controls for bombers are mapped to same button as a different control for fighters.  Some ground functions are double mapped for air (ie. the UK/RU pneumatic brake control).  I would LOVE to have a quick, easy way to run through my HOTAS controls in the Key Mapping menu and see what each control is currently mapped to.  This feature in DCS not only allows for memory/review, it also helps enormously in building logical setups when trying to devise how to control different a/c from a logical control setup.  Would love to see this added, now that we have control profiles enabled.  Please?
