After paying me reasonably regular stipend I thought I'd make a request, no idea if it's doable.

It would be very nice if each pilot could have his own paper doll section, rather than it being generic. For those who like to modify that stuff. As it stands, whatever pilot's medals I look at the background I've modded into my medal-box page is the one that appears on all the others. Ditto the Pilot's Desktop (etc).

Very niche and probably not easy to do, so a big fat "NO!" will not offend. Lol.

There is already the ability to override the paper doll for a player.  If you put a different paper doll in image in User\PaperDoll\<Nation>\PaperDoll.png then PWCG will use that paper doll image for player pilots and the generic one for AI pilots.  What I do not yet have is a separate paper doll per player pilot, but I could do that.  Would be as simple as asking the player to name the png file the same as the pilot's name, then trying to match.

 

What I cannot do is actually make the paper doll images.  I did not make the originals as I am just not that talented.  I did manage to get my head inserted for my own use but that was not a trivial task for me.  The thought of doing that a dozen times sends chills down my spine.

It uses the exact same paperdoll image for all pilots Pat, both human and AI ones. I have a custom paperdoll image (a LW poster) and a custom desk (the left side of the window) and regardless of which pilot I'm viewing I see my custom stuff in all of them. The only things that remain unique for each pilot are their medals. If you can make it so that doesn't happen it would be hugely appreciated.

I have both of these customized and they appear in all the pilot's windows. It would be nice if each pilot had his own (even if the user chose not to bother customizing the AI ones, which I wouldn't, it would be nice not to see my stuff in their windows).

@Hetzer-JG51 In my setup the modified paper doll only shows for me.  This is good as I do not want to see my face staring out from, every pilot.  There is, however, a difference between the paper doll, which is the right side, and the overall page.  

 

To replace the paper doll only and have it only show for your pilot:

PWCGBoS\User\PaperDoll\Germany\PaperDoll.png

 

It looks like you are customizing the entire medals page.  That I cannot individualize.

Ah, you created a PaperDoll folder in the User folder. Mine is in the Images folder. I have a poster for mine, which is fine to appear in all pilots' roster windows.

Yeah, I was after having the PilotDeskTop and TableTop images individualized but no worries, thanks anyway dude.

Ok, I put the paperdoll into the User folder and it works, to a point. Lol. All AI pilots retain the paperdoll that's set in Images but all human pilots get the one I put in the User folder. As I upload the User folder to all pilots at the end of a session that's not going to work. Brick wall on this I guess but no biggie.

The part about individual paper dolls per user is what is missing.  If I did something about that like trying to map a pilot's name to a paper doll file name then you could get individual paper dolls per player.
