ubik_2008 Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 No problems for my all-AMD rig, Ryzen 5600x and RX 5700 XT, neither on IL2 nor FS 2020. Looks to me these are just clickbait announcements
Sokol1 Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 (edited) For FS20220 the performance drop is inexistent, but some "AAA" games show few FPS less, not big deal: Edited October 15, 2021 by Sokol1

robbiec Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 I've had it for the last 2 weeks on my Ryzen 5950X - you can test it using something lika Aida64 - latency on L3 cache went up to 30ms from 10ms. Latest drop of Win 11 today fixes it partially to 15ms. Tbh, haven't seen much of an issue with IL2 so it's there, will be fixed properly next week, it is a bit click baity in nature but if you have an app that is memory / thread / scheduler sensitive you might feel it.

dburne Posted October 22, 2021 Posted October 22, 2021 If you do an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, VBS is not enabled by default. Clean install or Windows 11 that came with a system, it will usually be enabled by default.
