In this video series, I go over some advanced logic to create randomized fighters for engaging missions and for training purposes. Thanks to [FF]MrSkelington for asking how to create randomized fighters. We use this same logic in the Combat Box Dogfight and Training server for spawning in our ai planes, and in certain missions for aesthetics and dynamic gameplay. If you have questions, ask away.

 

The randomized fighters, once completed will:

  • Spawn at a randomized interval
  • Spawn at randomized altitude
  • Spawn at a randomized location
  • Move to a central location and start hunting enemy planes
  • Will despawn if X timer is met
  • Works with missions or as a respawnable loop for dogfight practice
