Not to divert the thread, but HB just a quick question:

 

I really like your ballistics and armor information but unless I missed something I see nothing regarding APHE.  APHE is pretty much the only round I use in TC.  Can you add some info on APHE?

I thought I put some data up concerning the HPHE round. I'll let you know when I update the website. I've got so many books and articles, I'm sure I can find something.

Now, that I think about it, APCBC might be the closest thing in TC to APHE. APCBC also contains a small explosive charge in the base. I'll double check the data.

although i made these, they were done for HB, so its up to him too if he wants/does not mind, if thats an ok, then ill happily upload to HSD or here as a mass download

Hey Naz,

I started uploading the skins to Haluters. I made sure to give you credit for all the skins you made for JV44.

 

Others: It may take me awhile folks. I wish I could upload all of the skins at once, but each skin has to be uploaded individually. Just a small caveat, the skins I'm uploaded, made by Naz, have the JV44 emblem embedded.

Thanks for doing this HB.  If everyone has them, then we won’t see you in an “sandy brown” default skin sitting there in those trees when you think you’re hiding in your pretty spring green paint job.  You go from hiding to hiding in plain sight.  This was the point of my other post.  This issue of skin dissemination has been pushed off on the community by 1C and it has a real impact on the immersion of this sim.  It’s a problem that needs to be corrected.

I posted a small video on our website showing off Naz's other work in action. The video doesn't have much action as I was driving the tank cross county hiding from roaming "40 Canes" & IL2s. I do think Naz's work speaks for itself in game. It really looks nice.

The Ferdinands posted above inspired me to try creating a Tank Crew skin for the first time. Purely fictional, but fairly effective camo.

 

A little hide and seek...
