Reverb G2 SteamVR Settings for 1080ti

I have been searching the forums for steamvr settings to work with my 1080ti. Just on the off chance that someone else might have a similar setup could you post your settings and res scale please. I have set up @SCG_Fenris_Wolf's in game graphics settings for performance from his helpful thread.
