GAZ-MM anti air gun controls

Just purchased the truck mounted GAZ-MM 72 A/A , are the controls the same as the tanks or bomber gun positions

I would go back and re-read the release notes of the relevant DD/Game update and watch the videos as a first resort

Yes.. they are. The main difficult thing will be gunsight..
