Multiplayer Coop for Private group recommendations

Hi everbody!

Wondering what you reckon these days in IL-2 BOS to run some sporadic coop multiplayer sessions  with a small group of friends. We've tried executing the server host directly from the game... but no luck, the connection established, but after the loading screen we're pushed back to the multiplayer menu

Is there's something we are missing? Should we run in the most powerful machine DServer with the missions we want to play?

BONUS: any custom missions pack you reckon?

Cheers!

Make sure the map being loaded has been updated to the current game version.  To be certain, you will need to re-save it in the Mission Editor.

Under Settings/Multiplayer, ensure the specified IP address matches that of the hosting machine.

The router to which the hosting machine is connected, must be configured to forward the ports in use (shown under Settings/Multiplayer) to the hosting machine.  You can research how to do this for your particular router.

Raspikabek,

I was curious if you had any lucky hosting friends for a coop mission? I'm trying to do the same and this will be a first.

You need to open ports 28100 to 28000 and udp 28000 to 28000
