It does seem a little over-exaggerated in the above drawing, I think that the bulges on the nose over the rocker covers should be almost parallel / in line with the panel lines on the fuselage, then the prop should be 90 degrees to the rocker covers, not angled down so much. Notice the difference to this image:

I thought that might be it. I can't recall the name but I think only one aircraft has ever had a non-perpendicular thrust line, and that was not a plane built for speed but loiter and high lift. Also, the Bloch 152's engine was offset horizontally, not vertically to counteract torque.
