Resaving missions

The resaver change the date only if it works. In your case, it didn't work, so it changes nothing. You can try with your files.

 

There is a problem with the date of your file. Provide us the original files, and maybe we can do something.

Quick heads-up for everyone, and I've reported this to Rapidus (although @Sneaksie might also be interested).

 

The current mission editor contains a small bug, where it will save Ship objects with tactical code attributes TCode and TCodeColor. The mission resaver, however, does not like tactical codes on Ships and fails to convert the mission. If you are having problems converting missions, you might need to manually remove TCode and TCodeColor from Ship objects so that the re-saver can work.

 

I wrote a small Perl script to remove the attributes from Ships. Use at your own risk. Back up your files first. NO WARRANTY. BACK UP YOUR FILES FIRST.
