For example, if your netmask is 255.255.255.0 then it is "just" 254 addresses to scan, but if it is 255.255.0.0, we are talking 65,536 hosts. 255.0.0.0 = 16,777,214 hosts. Best to put it manually, if possible. And how can I do that? (kind of a computer noob myself)
Blorg Posted May 1 Author Posted May 1 (edited) @Player_28404 How to get your local ip address to give to IL-2Dials Step 1 Press Windows key and type cmd.exe- you should see something like Image 1 Step 2: type ipconfig /all The line "IPv4 Address" is the number we need, so 192.168.1.28 in my case Step 3 Go to the dials app and click the bottom menu button, then the wifi button, then type that number in to the ip section and press enter Step 4 Open the il2 dials server app (if you haven't already and hopefully the led in the bottom corner has gone green It seems complicated but all it is finding a number and giving it to the app, hopefully it works! Let us know if you still can't get it. We've managed to get 99% of people up and running. Edited May 1 by Blorg

Blorg Posted May 29 Author Posted May 29 (edited) Version 0.67 Changes Fixed Spitfire Mk.IXc layout not loading Added La-5 F ser.38 Unfortunately Google removed my account because I never updated the app and they've also taken my developer account away from me which I paid for, so I won't be putting the app on Google Play anymore Edited May 29 by Blorg 4

Sayan Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Good day. This is what I saw on the screen when I took the P-38 The settings don't help, the instrument display doesn't change. What could it be? Thanks in advance.
Blorg Posted June 12 Author Posted June 12 @Sayan I am just uploading a new android version, it seemed to be a bad build. I could replicate the issue on my phone, and now with the new build, I can load all the American planes. Thank you for bringing it to my attention and I apologise for the problems 1

Tenzo Posted August 24 Posted August 24 I'm using version 0.67, and for some reason, the cylinder temperature indicator stopped working on all air-cooled aircraft. This issue may have occurred after purchasing treckir5. Reinstalling the software did not resolve the problem. Please assist.
150_GIAP-Red_Dragon Posted August 24 Posted August 24 I think its not the case. I guess its after IL 2 update

Blorg Posted August 25 Author Posted August 25 (edited) Server version 0.67b Fixes - Cylinder head temps have now been brought to the the latest "robust" system designed to handle sim updates better. They still magically worked so I never updated them before. Only the server needs updated itch.io download Edited August 25 by Blorg 2
Blorg Posted Friday at 10:07 AM Author Posted Friday at 10:07 AM (edited) I received an email from Unity explaining that a security issue has been found in all built apps from 2017 onwards (IL-2 Dials is built with Unity). The email explains that all affected apps built with Unity will be added to Windows Defender and the app will blocked, so if anyone is having problems with launching Dials, let me know and I will rebuild Dials with the new patched editor from Unity. Unity state that this security issue was found from their own researcher and there's no evidence that any security breach has happened, but they take it seriously enough to email every Unity dev about it. I'll keep my eye on this and update Dials when I find out more 🫡 Edited Friday at 10:07 AM by Blorg 1 3
Gromyak Posted Monday at 04:29 AM Posted Monday at 04:29 AM (edited) I'm just installing your app for the first time, and have got it running on my Android phone, and launched the Windows server, but they don't seem to be connecting...the server says "Reading Data" and the phone says "Waiting for Mission Start". Not sure if my setup is incorrect or what, I don't see any way to enter things like IP addresses in the server or the client? I'm on version 0.67B of both. [EDIT] It just started working...trying to figure out the cockpit readings now... Edited Monday at 04:39 AM by Gromyak
