Setting up a dedicate server doing PWCG coop between friends?

Hello all,

 

I have 2 PCs at home and I've been playing coop using PWCG with some guys I met online. Usually they host the game but I'm just thinking since I have 2 PCs and both are fairly recent (The one I plan on using to host has a 6700k & soon a RTX3070), is it possible to set up a server on one of the PCs just for our session? If so, how do I do that?

I'm doing that. 

You just have to

- register the players name within pwcg. 

- create your co-op mission within pwcg. 

- load the co-op mission in the dserver config. 

 

 

The only downside is that you need to stop, configure and re-run the dserver between mission, as the mission files are not the same.
