KEVLAGNU Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 (edited) Hi Everyone, Hope you are all well? I've been playing IL-2 and Flight Sim with friends, for coming up to two decades. We recently all bought gaming PC's again and dusted off the flight controls! all bought IL2 via Steam, but for some reason 1CGS cannot see my purchase, and will not release a copy of Dserver. Support just said "please email us from your main account" - which I did initially. They then ignored my five follow on emails And then this morning they (finally) replied saying: "According to our data you don't have any IL-2 content on (my email address) account, that's why we can't give you a key for Dserver" I bought the game via Steam, have sent screenshots of my purchase history, and the game in my library. I noticed in game that my username is Playerxxxxx (x=numbers) and that my profile username is not showing. Has anyone experienced this before, and do you have any idea how to fix, please? email support do not seem to want to help. Do we all just need to ask for a refund and play something else? or is there a plan B? Thank you! Edited February 9, 2021 by KEVLAGNU
