why download speed slow

is it just me or are the il2 download servers just scuffed. im getting 3mbs on steam while im only getting .01kbs on il2

@RiceFarmerBestRice, some problems with traffic between the 12 and 24 jump(apparently there is a problem with routing), try using a VPN to establish a connection with a server in America. Are you from Australia?
