Thanks for posting this. One thing I found in that document is in section III B. 'Entnahme der Sondernotleistung', that after using it for up to 10 minutes, you have to recover it for at least 5 minutes. The in game specs say you have to recover it for 10 minutes. Seems this should be changed, as it is not historically correct.
