How to host a multiplayer

Hi guys,
I have some question about how to host a multiplayer server:
I have the DWT but I would like to host the server on another computer (where there is not DWT).
How should I do? It's necessary to ask for a kind of license?

I did that and now I can run the server.

But, second problem: 
I can launch BoB missions, but not the one with Tobruk map...

Login to steam on the other computer, with your own account, that has DWT.

Let steam update the game, so it installs the DWT DLC.

 

Afterwards, the dedicated server will be able to host a Tobruk map mission.

 

Unless... there's another issue, but if this does not fix it, please be a bit more specific than 'I can not  ...'

If I have tobruk but I want to host a mission compatible even with those who do not have it, what settings should I go to change??
