Avimimus Posted July 26, 2020 Posted July 26, 2020 (edited) Hello all, I was thinking it might be good to put together a reading list (and possibly some book reviews). I rather recall enjoying "Black Crosses Off My Wingtip" by Irving Kennedy. It has been a long time though, so I mainly recall the more memorable incidents (battle fatigue, the loss of several officers in a transport plane, a high gee dogifght, the effect of a Hispano cannon jamming, and possibly incidents involving being strafed while riding in a truck, absconding with P-40s, and bombing some barges... not sure about the latter though as I might be combining stories from other books after all of these years).
