@EMS2/4_kerlir

You are an incredibly patient person.  I went back and discovered that I started your Bloch MB152 over a year ago. :mda:

I have a lot of reasons but the main one is I get easily distracted by bright shiny objects that make rattling noises.  ?

So I have pulled out the template and it's sitting open ready for me to continue work on it.  Getting a good looking French camo isn't that easy but I will put forth my best effort.  Hopefully I will have a good WIP sometime this week.

Someone give this man a Patience Award please. ?

Progress Report:  Bloch MB152

* Base skin.  @EMS2/4_kerlir; there are several base colors from green to light grey.  I chose this based on a particular scale model I found.  let me know if you want it changed and to what.

* Added MB 152 panel lines.  (not 100% accurate but close for this hack).

* Still work to do on engine blisters.

* Wondering if exhaust plate is needed/takes away from the "Bloch" look.

* Camo needed.

For the colors what you have done one year ago is right

I had made this from your draft but I'm not very good with the skins in this game

Hey Beebop, not a super serious request, but if you're ever really bored, I think an A-1 Skyraider P-47 hack might be fun!

Normally I'm partial to the Southeast Asia camo, but I am very curious how one of those Vietnam era white Navy camos would look on a jug!

With the release of the P-51B template (thanks Raptorattacker) I give you a hack, the A-36A-1-NA "Apache" circa late 1942.  I added (non-functional) dive brakes to complete the illusion.

Technically a WIP as tomorrow I'll go over it with a fine tooth comb during my QA session.

I logged onto the forums specifically to ask if you'd thought about making this!! Looks outstanding Beebop, especially the dive brakes!

If you're inclined, maybe one with the red outline 1943 roundel too? I always thought it looked good on OD Green airplanes

@Mtnbiker1998,

First, thanks for the kind comments.

Yes, I am inclined.  There are more skins planned including Operation Torch skins and 1943 skins.  One I was planning on was a red outlined Star-n-Bar.  Keep watching the thread as I will be displaying WIPs as I go and will release everything in a single skin pack.

Thanks.

I'll have a mid war red outline insignia ready to post tomorrow and I have an Operation Torch that just needs some minor tweaks.

OK, here we go......

The first Mustang, the NA-73X first flown on October 26, 1940:

Operation Torch:

June-August 1943:

This skin is truly a hack as after much time searching I could find no evidence nor pics of any kind that show the A-36 with red outlined insignia.  That insignia was only used a short time, from June 1943 to August 1943, and only in the Euro-Mediterranean Theatres.

But then again, this is a Hack Shack.

Theses are great! Do think I could get the layer you made for the A-36 dive brakes? Would like to make a few hack skins.

Very sad, I was not aware of that.
