I'm not whining either. I'm one of the ones thats going about testing shit out and adjusting my game play to the new DM. You'd be able to see that if you flew online.

That's not exactly true as both shake when hit in the elevator or fuselage. (moreso Dr1).  Besides even a FUBAR Spad should be able to extend  from a Dr1.

On the parser not recording every hit - that's exactly what I'm getting at. You look to the visual cues and you don't see much to indicate a failure, you go for audio cues and again nothing really, so you finally go to the parser (usually after it breaks up) and you see not a lot of damage. So ultimately you're left with this "huh?" moment. The G meter helps in the sense you start to see the actual forces at work. I think it was a move in the right direction, but it's kind of a band aid. And again, the actual state of the damage of your own plane, you're kind of left in the dark.

Yeah all the planes shake and its annoying, but if that's the worst side effect of the DM for the D7 and Dr1, I'm struggling to empathise

No, I meant your backfield. I know you wouldn't be in ours unless you went Pink. Gus was Entente. Cpl Adam and I were up high in our Dr1s  and we saw few contacts  deep on your side.  I guess you were too busy beating up on J30.

I can’t say that for a couple of months the engine has not been burning on my plane, the radiator and fuel tank are not flowing.  Even the pilot does not die from bullets!  Only the wings fall off.
