Distinguished Flying medal (as a NCO) and Distinguished Flying Cross (as Officer) disappears from pilot record

Rhineland missions under two separate (Allied/English) careers, both the Distinguished Flying medal (as a NCO) and the Distinguished Flying Cross (as Officer) disappears from pilot record when proceeding to next day.

Exactly the same problem seen here. Awarded multiple times as keeps disappearing! RAF in Tempest with 3 and 274 squadrons if that makes any difference?

Guys, if you would, please drop this file into your JSGME mods folder, run the game in Mods-On mode, and tell me if this fixes the problem with the DFM and DFC being removed from your pilot's record. Note: once you enable the mod, you will need to advance to the next day in order for the changes made by this file to take effect.

Sorry Luke, I have no clue what JSGME is. Perhaps I should just follow this tutorial here:

Or is it enough to have a JSGME folder in my game root directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles)?

 

PS. I have another issue with awards, should I open a new thread?

Yes, if you follow that tutorial, you should be good to go.

Well, I started a German career with fighters (Bf109 then FW190). I was eventually awarded the 
Front Flying Clasp for Fighters in Silver; I was then transferred to a Bf110 group. While there every single day I was being awarded
a different Front Flying Clasp (for Air to Ground Support Fighters?) and had my clasp for fighters removed (see attached screenshot).
Then I changed to another fighter group and had my Front Flying Clasp for Fighters back permanently.

 

Now, lets see if I can do this JSGME stuff...

Me too. Exactly the same problem with the disappearing / re-awarded DFC multiple times as reported above. Currently flying a Rhineland career for 74 Squadron in the Spitfire IXe.

 

Was also promoted to Commander of the squadron even though my current rank was only pilot officer, rather than squadron leader.

 

Commander status gives me the privilege to edit (change flight order + remove and add) the flight members for the various missions, but this has also been taken away from me a couple of times, only to be reinstated at a later date in the timeline.

 

It's not a big problem for my enjoyment of the career, but it is rather strange that this keeps happening over and over again

Just an heads-up since I recently retried your "patch" and my DFC reappeared. Not only that but I was also awarded a bar (or two, don't quite remember). So, at least for the DFC it seems to work now, dunno why it wasn't before. For the DFM I guess that would be lost forever since it requires you to be a airman only.
