Cold Start Problem

Can you take a look at these last two mission files I tried? We had just changed to a new airfield,  and both times none of my wingmen ( I am flight lead)

made it to the runway.  It is like they disappeared. so had to just cancel the mission. The second time I tried altering my path a little and still no go.
