Blue marked area - how to edit? - FIXED

Blue lined area, obviously related to the fighting parties. But how can you edit or extend the size defined by the blue lines?

Planes will not move beyond the blue marked zone ...

See "Influence Area Translator" on pg. 265 of the editor manual. Ignore the first note in the introduction; the translator works now.

As always .... Thanks Jim. I was looking at the MCU on the map, but only could find the icon. And I think i understand your manual on the subject.

Found editing the yellow circles clockwise you'll need the keyboard arrows for selecting the next one ...

 

I expanded the influence area, however i still get a message 'you're leaving the combat area' ....

Saved all as selected, and re-imported the save in a fresh Moscow map, same thing.

There's something else going on in your mission then. The message is not controlled by influence areas. Isn't that the message you get when you fly too close to the edge of the map?

You might be right. It's when i cross this line going East. Picture from the bare Moscow Autumn Map bare and fresh loaded:

But there seems enough space, some 15 km or more left East (to the right) of the arrow ... i guess the KGB doesn't allow Moscow to be re-conned,

and i was using an USSR i16 ......

The map limit is just where you indicated with the red arrow. The rest of the map to the east is visible, but not accessible.

It's not a bug. That's the way it was designed to limit the scope of the project.
