Does Capture The Flag work?

I can't seem to make it happen. Does one need to somehow activate the flags? Will the map be automatically recognised as a CTF map and disable the point scoring?

 

It works fine in ROF.

Take a look at "Create a "Capture-the-Flag" Scenario" on pg. 137 of the editor manual. The example is pretty complex but just zero in on the set up for the flag at the beginning of the example and that should get you started.
