Some time ago 13 new airfields were placed onto the Bodenplatte map.  Is there any information as to the names and locations of the new fields?

Deelen airfield, Arnhem... do you know, I have flown out of that airfield several times back to the UK, after we have done the Arnhem drop.

Even been on board a C-130 that had an engine seize on take off!

Will be interesting to 'fly' from it in game  :)

Aeródromo Deelen, Arnhem ... ¿sabes? He volado varias veces de ese aeródromo al Reino Unido, después de haber hecho la caída de Arnhem.

¡Incluso he estado a bordo de un C-130 que tenía un motor incautado al despegar!

Será interesante 'volar' desde el juego  :)

Anyone had success seeing the runways for these new airfields show up in the mission editor?  I loaded the Rhineland Summer map, imported the groups for Airfields, Bridges and Cities from the Templates folder, and when I look at these new airfields the buildings and hangars are there, but no taxiways or runways.  So it looks like just a bunch of random stuff sitting out in the fields.  The "Rheinland_Airfields.Group" file is dated 1/22/2019 so it looks fresh, and I assume it's updated since it at least contains the airfield buildings and other objects.

Fr'instance, take Soesterberg (please):

Stoopy,

Where did you find the Rheinland_Airfields.Group file?  In what folder?

Not at my comp right now but believe it was data\templates where there are other City , Bridge, Airfield etc group files for all the maps.

Was the airfield near Wiesbadens ground strip fixed?

People were able to prove it was just a open grass field and the simple dirt runway was added by the USAAF immediately post war.
