I noticed, you added the beacon antenna again, thanks for that. If you now add, that destroyed ground targets are named in the AAR and not just called 'vehicle', I can move my 110 out of the hangar. Thanks for your continuous work on this great program.

Leader starts attack probbably nearest ground target after take off long before mission objective. Also in ground attack mission type: destroy road traffic, there is no cars/armour/other vehicle in target area (at least I didn´t find them - and I tried hard ? ) Only flak is there. But very very inactive. It shooted back only when I attacked it. Ground activity setup - high, air - medium. To be honest: I´ve never met column of wehicles on the road in PWCG. Same for trains. In fighter missions everything is normal and works well. Thank you and Murleen very much for your great work ?? PS Here is sample mission 3 days later attached. Leader attacked with bombs AAgun near Vise railway bridge about three minuts after start and then continued in mission as planed. Again no vehicles except flak in target area. Not sure if it helps, but with waypoint markers turned on, there were no yellow active waypoint markers displayed on-screen or on the map.

My 3 mates hit target all vehicles at the edge of a town so no issues with not attacking. No flak at all. The other issue was on the same ground attack mission I changed my load and one mates load from rockets to 500 lbs bombs in PWCG but in game we all had rockets. Edited February 29, 2020 by TheSNAFU

The game seems to have some odd behaviours with different relative locations of airfield, runway and taxi paths.

In target area was only two flak guns and P51 escort felt from the sky without reason. All of them. I will try P38 campaign on BP map and i will report back if there are same problems. But I don't know if there is an Italian language file, that could be used.

Can now confirm this bug - had 3 pilots transfer into the squadron (at one time) after some big loses. The Squadron Log reported 3 as transferred "out."

This is generally an issue if the taxi path turns right from the parking area, as the leader has further to go than the others. I'll have a look, but it could take a while to solve.

If you can spawn the aircrafts closer to the forest behind them, it should work, as they had enough space to turn left and taxi to the first taxi waypoint.

In version 7.4.0. the only friendly flights I saw and/or heard, were bombers we were escorting and Ju 52 on their way back to a base. In 8.0.0. alpha and beta the Ju 52s are missing. I have plenty of friendly flights now, but no Ju 52s. I don't know of course if this is on purpose.

I think this might be related to the NullPointerException issue on payloads - it could be any mission with a Ju52 flight fails to generate.

I did the Owned planes configuration part and next trying to Create New Campaign, which stops with error dialog after typing the campaign name. The dialog is saying: "Name must be English characters". I have tried to use Campaign Name: PWCG_800b_JU52 Even "JU52" as the name gives an error. Varibraun Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 8.0 Beta Bug Report - Transfer squadron screen does not transition to the new squadron when the "Accept" button is selected - you just stay in the Transfer screen. If you X close PWCG from the Transfer screen and then restart, the transfer is complete and you are in the new squadron.

Nadelbaum Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 Oddly enough some JU-52 missions will be generated without the null pointer issue. In any case here's some early feedback: 1) Smallest amount of fuel selectable (Fuel 60%) is quite high for JU-52. Typically a mission requires something between 15-40%. Not a big deal for user's own aircraft as the fuel amount can be changed before the flight in IL-2 side, but for friendly AI planes it is not good in case they start with too much load for most of the flights… 2) Fellow JU-52 (AI planes) don't land at all during cargo drop missions. Maybe this is expected, but just a bit funny as you will be left behind due to landing, unloading cargo and taking-off again while the AI planes are already flying back home. 3) Cold start with JU-52 was a bit tough for the AI planes. They managed to barely taxi to the runway, but after 30 minutes only the flight leader could takeoff while the other AI plane just stood there for the whole mission time. Mission files zipped as attachment. 4) Typos in Advance Config: Scrample -> Scramble Shipppping -> Shipping 5) Typos in Mission creation: carrgo -> cargo Overall I have to say that I'm very impressed by the work that you guys have done! These started as bug reports and have turned into something bigger. Changes are significant enough that there will be a Beta 2 and not go straight to release. 1

The AI would turn on their lights, but then nothing. Sorry if this has been posted before. I can attach a mission if you'd like.

Most of this dot release is around the AAR. This started as a bug report and turned into quite a bit more. The AAR will present much more information, especially when you take a leave or time off for a transfer. Aircraft lost are presented. The debrief has an issue fixed where it doesn't just say "vehicle". All events over a span of time are stored up and presented in the AAR, so you will see all of the pilots lost, planes lost, replacements, medals, etc. that happened in the time span. What is not in Beta 2: several bugs have not yet been addressed. 1. Anti shipping missions do not have ships. 2. Scramble missions do not have opposition 3. Air start results in circling.
