i bought it on steam, i have a dell inspiron 5557, i7, 2.60ghz, 8gb ram, windows 10, directx12, nvidia geforce MX150

90% of the time the issue with a game failing to start is related to Anti-Virus Programs blocking the game's 64 launcher .exe.

 

Make sure you have added an exception in your Anti-Virus, (whether it is a 3rd party AV or Windows Defender) and see if the game launches.

 

If that doesn't work, try turning off your AV temporarily and seeing if the game launches... if it does, then obviously the AV is the problem.

 

If your AV is not the problem, I would suggest you check the pinned topics on this forum for issues similar to yours.
