I purchased FC when it was first announced ages ago. With my RofF discount etc. I got the email saying it is released. so... where is it ?

RoF discount? I didn't get offered one of those, and bought without on release. Is that discount for all RoF owners?

No.  Only customers who spent enough money in RoF to qualify, per emails and private messages sent out to qualifying customers along with forum posts made at the time by the publisher on the RoF community forums at the time.

I believe you have to own BOS to be able to play FC and since you only own FC.....

Not sure if that is the case since FC has been officially released.

Nope. If you buy through Steam, you have to buy BoS first, but if you buy through the website, you can buy whichever edition you like. And Doconicus can't have bought FC on Steam, since it wasn't available then.
