Animation work, including the 3D Cockpit and external moving parts of the aircraft will be shown in a future update.

North African map areas shown in this video, are Tobruk and Halfaya Pass - both WIP.

Bf 109 variants in video also WIP.

Cheers,

That's where the P-40 shines in my opinion. North Africa camouflage looks so good :)  :salute:

Just so everyone is clear:

Animations for the instruments/controls/etc. in the cockpit are not present... neither are many animations for the external model.

The current aircraft texture/skin is a placeholder and will be updated.

Elements such as dust effects on takeoff/ground objects like rock formations or stone fields/AAA changes, etc. are also not present.

These effects will be present in the release.

I was just going to ask this. She looks to milky smooth, but now I know she is in good hands and will get the detail she deserves. Thanks for sharing this video, the Kitty and the map are looking great. Keep up the good works Gents. Would love this for Christmas but we are getting close now. Even into next year this is a day one purchase for me. Can't wait!!!.

The Wellington 3D is complete.

The aircraft is waiting in the import queue.

Will begin that work after the Kittyhawk, Tomahawk and Hurricane II are finished.

I am SOOOOO looking foward for this. IIRC, the CloD Wellington will be the ONLY heavy bomber modelled in a current combat sim, and the first since Team Daidalos' B24 and He177.

The Wellington was a medium bomber, with a similar bombload to the He-111.

Right. The larger Warwick developed from the Wellington was a heavy, the Wellington wasn't quite there. My mistake - still, no loss. It was used in the strategic bombing role and that's what I am looking for when it comes. Hype level mantained!
