jollyjack Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 (edited) I adapted a mission for BoK 3.102. However the key mappings for plane controls don't seem to work always, like tailwheel lock, but most do. Loading a default mission all works OK though. Any enlightenment possible from an expert? The adapted mission is attached ... thnx J FW-190_AirSuperiority.zip Edited August 27, 2019 by jollyjack
Habu Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 On which plane. If it's on the FW190, it's normal that the key of tailwheel lock doesn't work, as the process is not the same as the other plane. You have to pull the stick if you want to lock the tailwheel. That's how it work for the real plane.
jollyjack Posted August 27, 2019 Author Posted August 27, 2019 (edited) ah, so that must be also with other planes? HS 129? thnx J Edited August 27, 2019 by jollyjack

HS 129? thnx J I think the FW190 is currently the only plane with a tail wheel that locks when you pull the stick back. For notes on tail wheel behaviour, check out Jade Monkey's Pilot's Notes document, which is based on the "Specifications" tab you can see for each plane in-game (also available in this post) The upcoming Mustang has a variation of the FW190 tail wheel lock feature. If you leave the sick neutral or pull the stick back in the Mustang, tail wheel movement is restricted to 6 degrees left or right, controlled by moving the rudder. If you push the stick forward of neutral, the tail wheel is unrestricted. 1
