I tried everything on Youtube and Google .I then contacted NVIDIA support and the chat section did assist . They asked me to clean up using DDU which i did and reinstalled the driver . it did not solve the issue . They said they would send an email with further ideas to try . Still waitting for them . Has anyone had this issue when they first installed GFE and how did they solve the issue ? I am using windows 7 64 bit prof . rgds

I am using windows 7 64 bit prof . rgds The only issue I have had with GFE is that, at one point, the install got corrupted and it would not launch, record, or do anything - it just gave me an error code. I had to do a full re-install of GFE and the newest drivers to get it to start working. Are you getting an error code of any kind? Or is it just not recording screenshots or videos when you ask it too. Are you having any issues with your video card or games right now that would indicate a driver issue? If not, then it might be best to leave it alone as Flanker suggested above. It's just a convenient way to download drivers and record screenshots and videos. If you need to update your drivers you can do so without GFE, and there are other screenshot and video recording applications out there for free.
