I never will understand the type of mindset that gets enjoyment from media that couple hip hop, metal, etc. with an authentic, expertly modeled, WWII air war simulator. In my opinion, videos like this are a disgrace to FNBF, to the historical work of the 1C/777 team, and to the thousands of men who died horrible deaths in aircraft during WWII. We all get enjoyment out of IL2 but it must be balanced with a constant background reflection on what it must have been like to be there.

My Grandad served as Groundcrew on Spitfires and Hurricanes in WW2 and the other paid the price of going to war with his life. At the time these men (AND women) were pretty much of the same age as the people you are calling out here and were they around in this day and age would more than likely be into much the same sorts of media. To each his or her own I say personally. Both you, me and them.
