I ask for help from Photoshop users

Hi, I have a problem with this program, after having to reboot the system, I open the photoshop and start loading the whole program except the part of "reading global text resources" where it stays thinking until it stops responding.
Uninstall the program and reinstall it producing the same error.
I can not think of more ideas, help.:help:

Looks like a loop reading a file...

Did you try to delete temp files?

I mean, Adobe temp files or last created files?

Hey, look here:

@E69_julian57

go to the start menu and type %appData% as this folder is hidden by default

alternatively check this box when in the explorer:

Thank you very much to both of you.:good:
I do not know how I did it but I found the folders and with the video I deleted the error file.
My knowledge of computer science is concise.
I thought that skins were over, which is what I use it for.:dash:

PS: how do I make those folders look

I was GOING to send you [C>Users>'Your Name'>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Photoshop>'Version of Pshop',
in my case CS6>>Adobe Photoshop (version name)
Settings>DELETE ANY 'New Doc Size.psp'file and that should do it for you...] but you've obviously got it sorted so I won't! :good:
