JGr2/J5_W0LF- Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 Can someone please tell me why this keeps happening.. I load the mission into my Dserver and everything goes great, but in game when i try to enter the server this message comes up every time. Please help me solve this thanks guys cause I don't have much hair left!
WWSitttingDuck Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 look at your list file. am guessing it is trying to transfer something other than the mission files, and the files it is looking for are not located on your server...
JimTM Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 As WWSittingDuck mentions, look at your .list file, which gives the correct folder to save your mission in on the DServer.
JGr2/J5_W0LF- Posted January 27, 2019 Author Posted January 27, 2019 OK so I was able to fix thanks guys but now I get a message "Unable to save file to disk" when I try to join the server. I edited the mission to change the plane sets and set it as a different name. So now thats the new message Im getting...
JGr2/J5_W0LF- Posted January 27, 2019 Author Posted January 27, 2019 I was able to get it running guys thanks alot for your help...Salute!
JGr2/J5_W0LF- Posted January 27, 2019 Author Posted January 27, 2019 Well Almost guys I was able to get into the mission and select a plane but when i got the the screen where your suppose to be in the cockpit nothing showed up except the map terrain. Can someone please take a look at this mission and get it to work for me. I got this from this site and just did some plane switching. I would like very much to use this mission in summer and winter. I will gladly take care of the person that takes this task on via PayPal. Please contact me via a PM so we can exchange info. Thanks in advance, below is the mission files... https://www.mediafire.com/file/720bvr22ob230ya/My_Mission.rar/file

Note, once you apply the fix, you need to open the edited mission in the editor and resave it. Edited January 27, 2019 by JimTM
JGr2/J5_W0LF- Posted January 27, 2019 Author Posted January 27, 2019 Jim I opened the mission in ME made sure the the map showed the correct Season Prefix but still not working.
WWSitttingDuck Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 terrain presets > stalingrad summer gonna guess you have a stalingrad gui map, but a lapino ground map, which is why you are spawning underground

OK, so I assume that you set SeasonPrefix = "su" in the .mission file. I think the problem is that your Height value (1300) in mission properties is not in the allowed range (300 to 700) for the cloud setting you chose (02_medium_03). See the allowed cloud heights on pg. 206 in the editor manual. I learned about this issue after I wrote the manual. Edited January 27, 2019 by JimTM
WWSitttingDuck Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 http://bhah.homeip.net:192/Old Fokkers/Misssions/wg-summer sd edit.rar And going to HIGHLY suggest you make the Mission Name, and the file ID of what you are saving the mission as the same. In some places it shows you the file id, in other places it shows you the mission title....and eventually it is going to screw you up if they are not the same.
