Actually that kind of 16 mm footage came out more like what you get with Super-8. 16 mm quality footage (even from 60 years ago) are far better than what came out with normal Telecine tranfer and is up to HD quality. Tempests have 35 mm (@ 36 fps) combat film for their "Cine-camera".
