Great update! the new buildings look fantastic and the new pilot model looks neat. That makes me think, do you plan to update the Luftwaffe and VVS pilot models? Also i think models for German pilots with breathing masks would be appropriate for BoBP.

WOW, this buldings of new Kursk map looks impresive. US pilot, such detailed textures i forgot it's plane sim, not FPS.

The canvas on a camel's tail looks like real.

My guess is that it's probably a "cube map", which is a generic and static image used to make shiny objects look pretty and reflective, while also keeping rendering costs very low. It has been used everywhere in games the last decade or so for shiny objects where you don't need the image to be absolutely perfect or up-to-date.

Which one? Actually, he looks a bit like F-86 ace, James Jabara, to me. Really though, Incredibly life -like. Hope he'll be ready in time for the P-47. I really don't want that Russian pilot in my Jug. No offense, of course. He's been doing a fine job, but it's about time someone else flew these planes! 

Jason and crew, you are doing a real fine job on this. All of these shots are making me salivate for the P-38, even more. With the level of modeling that is occuring, here, that airplane is going to be absolutely incredible.

I can't wait to see that US pilot complete with oxygen mask in the Jug some time soon(ish).

 

As for the enhanced damage modelled ground assets, I'm sure they will have the potential to transform tank warefare.

Seeing the level of detail on the american pilot I can't help but wonder if the pilot models we currently have are gonna get a rework in the future? Great to have a DD after the amazing update from two days ago.
