Requested support through your main website, but receive no reply.

As the title says.  what gives?

 

Support tickets are about my IL-2 key being removed from my steam account. 

have not received a reply or notification in over a week. 

 

I hate to call shady business practice,  but the thought is definitely there.

 

I'm completely clueless on how to solve this issue outside of posting here, since all attempts at support so far have gone ignored and no proper forum section seems to be around

 

Please help,  and please, do not close or delete this post without some help or advice on how i can get the steamkey returned to me.

Same here, I'm just hoping that it's sincerely taking them this long to sift through all the revokation tickets, and not them just giving up on it halfway through :/

Hold on guys. I have submitted a request for help as well and have been told that they may be on vacation but may be back this coming week. I know how frustrating it is but everyone deserves some time off. I cant link my accounts together and don't want to buy Tank Crew until I know if I can access it through my Steam account but I have to wait until they can get to me.

Thanks Thad. I have tried that. I was just hoping to calm these guys so they didn't worry. If the team is on vacation then we have to wait. :)

I found a way around it. Instead of trying to download it through Steam, I'm just downloading the launcher from this website, and everything's installing now. ?

This worked for me too,  Thanks!

 

..So  wait,  these steam keys have been invalidated but are still valid through the main website?

I guess if it works....,  though I'd very much prefer keeping this through steam.

I don't think I can "link" anything if I no longer have that steam version though ?

Finally received a support reply, and after a short back and forth was redirected back to steam.

 

Steam redirected me back to the developer. (But hey, atleast they replied in under a day, compared to a month).

 

 

 

To anyone getting stonewalled aswell, note that you can still play outside of steam through the IL 2 website.
