DISREGARD MY QUESTION- I just read in another post that you can only run quick missions with some of the planes at this point in time through BoS.

 

I already have IL-2 Kuban and bought Flying Circus a short while ago.   I couldn't figure out how to load Flying Circus (no installation links) so I opened my IL-2 launcher and it went through a massive update, which might indicate that it loaded Flying Circus, but I still can't launch Flying Cirus.   I didn't get a new desktop icon.   I'm wondering if there's a way to do it within the game menu for IL-2 Kuban, because when I load the game I see in the upper right hand part of the menu that Flying Circus is listed, but clicking on it does nothing and I can't figure out how to get into it.   So right now I own FC, but can't figure out how to get into it.

Just launch the game like you always did (the launcher you used for Kuban), open the QMB (quick mission builder) and select a map and mission type you want to fly. The two FC planes that have been added so far show up in the plane list among your Kuban planes.

 

So far the only FC content that has been added are two planes (SPAD XIII & Fokker Dr.1) and all their customizations (like additional cross hairs, streamers, handguns, etc.). Over the course of time eight more planes and a Western front WWI map of the Arras sector will be added.

Yeah, being this is an early release I'm sure things will be handled differently once FC comes full circle via vis it's own launcher, the custom map, etc. Kinda threw me too for a while!
