JG7_RudeRaptor Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Yea I'm one of those guys who hit F10 by mistake. So now my default center view is off. Read the manual (p40) and hit num5 to reset camera but no. I know it's something easy I'm over looking.
1CGS LukeFF Posted June 18, 2018 1CGS Posted June 18, 2018 Just follow what the manual says, starting in section in 9.0.
-TBC-AeroAce Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 (edited) I'm AFK at the moment so somebody else can give you the correct DIR. In the input folder there is a file that has the default view profile. Just replace the custom one with the default one. Edited June 18, 2018 by AeroAce
SharpeXB Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 I’ve remapped my command now to Alt+F10 to avoid that happening again.

senseispcc Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 I had the same problem and it is tricky to get the correct sigth again. Save campaigns, skins, imput, scripted campaigns and reinstall the game is one solution…?!

And once again, that info can be found right in the manual. This is the reason why I spent the time convering topics like this there. 4 minutes ago, senseispcc said: I had the same problem and it is tricky to get the correct sigth again. There's no need to suggest that the whole game needs to be reinstalled.
-TBC-AeroAce Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 @LukeFF come on dude real men don't read the instruction manual! !?
JG7_RudeRaptor Posted June 19, 2018 Author Posted June 19, 2018 Wouldn't it just be easier to reformat my hard drive? Just to be safe. Hhahah Anyway, Thanks Luke. I'm going to mess with it again tonight. 1
Arfsix Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 I am experimenting with using VoiceAttack program to view snapviews of individual flight and engine instruments. I am continually changing, deleting and replacing snapviews. Snapviews are located in the snapview folder at My Computer (C:)/ Program Files (x86)/ 1C Game Studios/ IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow/ data/ LuaScripts/ snapviews and are listed as individual model aircraft .scv files. Anyone, several, or all of the individual .scv files can be deleted. The next time the game is run, the effected files will be replaced by the original default .scv files. Be careful that only .scv files from My Computer (C:)/ Program Files (x86)/ 1C Game Studios/ IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow/ data/ LuaScripts/ snapviews are deleted.
