[Release] IL-2 Integrator

[MAGNUM_PT]

The IL-2 Integrator is an integration tool for the game series IL-2 Great Battles that allows third party tools to include features that aim to improve the game experience. It's source code is fully available on GitHub and it's available to use by any third party tool. More information about how to integrate this into other applications can be found on GitHub.

Currently the following features are available:

• Career integration
• PWCG integration

Sorry it is a little bit confusing, but is this the same, as Ankors GUI mod does fot RoF PWCG?

I understand that it's a bit confusing. No, this is not the same as Ankors GUI mod. The objective of this tool is to allow a deeper integration of third party tools with the game. This means that third party tools will be able to use the functionalities provided here in a standard way through a single access point. Currently the following features are available (both for the ingame Career and PWCG):

- list campaigns

- retrieve the route of the next sortie for a given campaign

 

For a more concrete example of what this tool can do, you can look and the IL-2 Tactical Map for Android (linked inside the spoiler of the main post). The app uses this tool to load and display the routes of your campaigns in the map. 

 

Even though the feature set is quite limited, its very easy to extend and suggestions are always welcome.

first of all - many thanks for your interactive map and all the possibilities and advantages it offers!

Thank you for your effort and fantastic work!

 

Now I have a question about the IL-2 integrator. It works flawlessly with the missions and maps of the main game campaigns.

However, I can't manage to load the map and route from PWCG missions.

The "Launch PWCG" button is also disabled. (That's why) The only option that appears in the map is to load IL-2's various campaigns.

 

Do you have any brief information about what I did wrong?

I suspect it's in the wrong directory for PWCG?
