Your PWCG has made it possible for me to generate and host missions for the BlitzPigs and our friends, and get us back in the virtual sky without the time and pain of figuring out the overly complex Mission Editor.  We now have our guys in the air again and thinking about trying some of the current online DF servers.   But even if that doesn't happen we still have these great co-op missions to fly and are able to enjoy this great sim together again...

Are those custom skins?

Both of them look really nice, especially the three-tone one in the foreground.

Those are in the list of standard skins I do believe.

That being the case, I might need to try the Yak-1b.

Don't think I've ever flown it.

BlitzPig, can you point out a direct shortcut to a post, where it is explained how to host such co-op missions?

(What needs to be installed, and where to find it, etc.?)

It's not quite that easy as a single link.

First go here...https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/forum/99-pwcg-for-bos/

Download the latest version (still needs updated for BoK full release, but it still works, just none of the new planes) of PWCG.

Then read Jason's and other's tutorials on how to set it up, and how to make it generate coop missions.  There is a great video I think done by Requiem on it.

Then when you have a mission generated, you start IL2, go to multiplayer, select cooperative, and host and the mission will show up in a box of available missions, move it to your other box that puts missions in rotation, then host it.

Nice thanks i didnt know that, after i read your post i just checked and crated career, and go for first mission, and i see that this mission you curently have to play is located in \1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\Missions folder, and its caled _gen.Mission, and you can open it in Mission Editor and ajust to be played in coop and enable your flight, and save it in your cooperative folder.

To convert that carrer mission to coop i did this:

-lanch STEditor (located in C:\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\bin\editor)
-go on File, then Open, then locate this career mission in ...data/missions folder, name of it is always _gen.Mission , and click open

-in Mission Properties window i change Mission from Single to Cooperative,
-then i locate players airplane and its flight ( in Tools and Object Filter and click only on Plane so i see only airplane icons in editor, or just search for your pilots name )

-right click on airplane icon, and open Advanced Properties, there change for AI from Player to what ever skill you wont (Ace, High...), also in that window i need to click on Cooperative Start box so this airplane is available in coop lobby

-and for each airplane in my flight (conected by red lines to my airplane) i also go in Advanced Properties and enable also cooperative start box (so humans can take them in coop lobby if they wont )

-when all that is done i go in File and Save As... and save mission in ...\data\Multiplayer\Cooperative folder.

and mission is now available in coop lobby and has same name as when its generated in Carrer options in game

Maybe there is faster way but this is what worked for me with geting SP missions to Coop.

Thank you all, guys! Sounds complicated, but I'll try it out soon. Thx a lot!

Might be a little late to the party, but do you guys happen to know how to host this using the dedicated server (DServer)?

EDIT: Should've actually looked at the files first.

For DServer:
Each mission that you generate is available in the Multiplayer/Cooperative folder, just add those to the server config and you're good. What I've done is just generate a bunch of missions, not actually running the debrief, but just skipping and generating the next mission. Since my players aren't really running it as a real campaign, more separate missions, this has proved to be an amazingly simple, yet powerful, mission generator for us! As @BlitzPig_EL said: Thank you Mr. Wilson for PWCG.
