A-20 Elevator flutter

The elevators and control column constantly fluttering even at cruise speed. Would really wear out the pilot in RL.

Yes.  Close the upper cowl flaps.

Yes had the same thing, it's a nightmare with a force feedback stick. In an air-start it begins a minute into the flight and the same after takeoff.
