Very nice!

Question: on the Flaps switch in that last video, it looks like there is a custom plastic switch fitted over the metal toggle switch. Is that so?

Yes, these are printed caps for a conventional toggle switch.
But as for me, they are not very practical, they spin together with the iron pin of the toggle switch ...

WOW!!! Vitaly! Amazing Sir!!!

That looks so awesome Vitaly. Cannot wait to incorporate this into my Hotas!!! I Love the black, red and grey color scheme. :good:Looks like I need to hurry up with my dual throttle rework as I have come up with a better layout than my original idea.

Here is a quick dirty look at how I have set up my MonsterTech drop mount on the arm of my chair to hold this Trim Console in a similar position to where the trim controls are in many of the American fighters of WWII. Can't wait. I am closing in on my dream Hotas!;)

Thank you Vitaly, now please put Shadow Elite on a FAST boat to the US on the double Sir!

:)

I sent the panel last night, now I will write to you in the mail the parcel number to track it.
In theory, delivery takes 15 days.

My trim panel has made the trip across the big pond and I will go and attempt to pick it up this morning. Unfortunately the big project today is painting my newly installed mailbox post and mailbox, so other than a quick unboxing, installation will have to wait until later in the day.?

Edit: Success, I have picked my Trim console and looks awesome. Thanks Vitaly! Now off to paint that mailbox. I will give a little report later with a full review in the coming weeks.

Hey, I am very Interested in such a box. How much would it be if you added 3 analog Levers for water, oilcooler and cowlflaps?

Hello.
210 Euro + 25 Euro shipping outside Ukraine.

The term of development and production is about three months after payment on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes.
4 turns of the trimmer wheel = 65 degrees on MagRez.

It all depends on the sensor used.
If your controller works with analog sensors, then everything will work when installing MagRez.

Hello Vitaliy, I use ams as5600-ASOM Hall sensors for axis (https://octopart.com/it/as5600-asom-ams-47319319) and normal pushbuttons for other functions.

For the 3 trims I am very interested at your MagRez.

Let me know, please. Many thanks!

Ciao!

Nice, although those plastic tabs don't look too impressive. I hope they hold.

Which plastic parts exactly are questionable?

Probably the ones on the base of the case, for screwing the unit to a surface. I use velcro personally.

Yes, those ones. I would personally put a chamfer on them at the very least, if I were to design something like that.

Ah, I see.
I couldn't break it with my fingers :)
The unit is not FFB, it doesn't experience heavy loads.
No, you can break it if you want, but extreme loads are not expected when using the unit, unless of course you drop the unit on the floor, but then the case itself may crack...

The only way I'd see those breaking is if the screws were torqued down with the unit on an uneven surface (or a bit of debris was between it and the surface).

If you don't tighten the bolts correctly, you can crush the plastic. Everything should be done with reasonable force.
Then nothing will break.
