Gunsight from your post it appears you are wanting to send a subtitle HUD message to everyone in Multiplayer. In that case it generally takes more than 30s for the mission to startup and become available on the server for folks to join. Give or take 1 to 2 1/2 minutes, perhaps more depending on mission size and how many are trying to get in at the same time. If not then Jim has already steered you in the correct direction. If you doing a MP mission then some options are listed below. Additionally IIRC MP players need to be in the server and already spawned for them to see said subtitle HUD messages when they are triggered to be shown. One option can be to delay the timer for activating the subtitle until testing in your server gives you a good estimate for how long it takes for the server to get the mission up and all the players you anticipate have joined. Hit or miss option. A better option would be to have a C-Trigger count the number pf players spawning at the base which is going to be attacked then set off the subtitle HUD message as well as start the airbase attack off of that spawn counter.
