Good grief, it's worse than I thought, they must be breeding.

Before you know it they'll have overrun the place and be demanding their own country.

Just from curiosity, was there a preference, by Quebecer's to join the Canadian forces in WWII or the Free French ?  Was it even an option ?

Late to the show but here's another one of those maple syrup, double double, toque loving neighbors from the north. :)

Or in other words... Hows'it going eh?

I'd miss Toronto. Great city. Still need to get over to Montreal some day. I hear the old city is fantastic.

Great city to visit for sure :) Prefer to live somewhere it a little more quiet... Toronto really does have almost everything though.

This is true! I have had the bagels and they are quite possibly the best. The poutine isn't bad either :)

Glad to see you like SP Jason :)

I'm planning a trip to Mt Tremblant, any insider tips from my northern neighbors?

I’m wondering if Jason needs some Canadian opinions for a super top secret Mosquito release? ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Jason if it’s not too much trouble, would you mind asking them why they talk funny?

It's because our jaws are completely unhinged from the rest of our faces ;)

I watched Strange Brew probably 50 times as a teenager - does that count eh?

I live near the border so I cross into BC now and then, watchful for errant hockey pucks of course.

BC'ers don't talk funny, but traffic rules seem to elude them.

Part of their charm I guess.

And the best hockey team in the world too :good: - at least that was true in the past...

I'm not sure 100% but I'm pretty confident that the canadians join the canadians forces, I don't think there was any canadian in the french free forces.

Take the most famous WWII canadian hero https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%A9o_Major

He was from Quebec and was in canadian regiment.

If you want an old town try Quebec City.  Great atmosphere, great food, music at night, history, and nobody speaks English (at least they didn't twenty five years ago)
