If you really think that the developers don't know how their update system works, I suggest you email them an explanation, and ask them for a job...

 

And what 'support requests' are you referring to?

But before you do, I suggest you take a look at the deleted content and decide whether making repeated claims that the developers don't understand their own update system amounts to trolling. Because it looks that way to me...
