Ok how the hell do I actually get a server up?

So Ive got the key

Registered new account

downloaded the new accounts game and installed.

Run it-and it looks exactly like the regular game...?

I literally have no idea what to do right now.

 

So those who have whats the next step?

how long did your key take for the server to arrive?

 

i am pretty confident i got my head around running a server as ive read up on stuff and ive also been involved in running servers in other games, it just seems to be taking for ever for a key

It didn't take long at all for me. A day or two at most. If there is a further delay, I suggest you contact support.
